Andrew Mancilla
Andrew Mancilla has broad experience as a litigator in both State and Federal Courts. He has in-depth experience handling complex criminal cases including representing individuals charged with mail and wire fraud, money laundering, healthcare fraud, insurance fraud, securities fraud, hacking and other computer crimes, tax evasion, murder, narcotics trafficking, firearm possession, racketeering, and murder. Andrew also has extensive experience handling commercial matters involving business disputes such as fraud, misrepresentation, interference with business relationships, theft of trade secrets, and breaches of fiduciary duty, as well as civil matters involving employment discrimination, defamation, privacy violations, and civil rights violations. Andrew is also well-seasoned in entertainment-related legal matters. His clientele includes individuals and businesses in music, film production, music production, media, advertising, talent management, and television.
Throughout his career, he has seamlessly guided his clients through the complexities of legal disputes, both in and out of the courtroom, and consistently achieves remarkable results.

Andrew received his Juris Doctorate at Brooklyn Law School in 2010. He is admitted to the following jurisdictions: State of New York (2011); State of New Jersey (2011); State of California (2022); U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York (2011); U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York (2011); U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York (2023); U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey (2017); and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit (2013); United States Supreme Court (2019).
Andrew is also a musician. He has released four (4) studio records and frequently performs at venues throughout New York City.
Robert Fantone
Robert Fantone has experience defending a broad spectrum of criminal cases in State and Federal Court, ranging from simple misdemeanor charges to complex felony indictments. Robert also has experience litigating a variety of civil matters in both State and Federal court, and has obtained favorable results as an appellate advocate.
Robert is a member of the New York City Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
Robert received his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School (2013). He is admitted to practice and has represented clients in the State of New York (2014), State of New Jersey (2014), U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York (2016), U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York (2015), and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey (2016). Mr. Fantone has also represented individuals in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division.
